The documentation submitted has been reviewed and accepted by the Building Code and Florida Building Committee (RECO) to be used in Miami Dade County and other areas where authorized by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and/or the agent for the jurisdictional entity below. The RECO (in Miami Dade County) and/or the AHJ (in areas other than Miami Dade County) reserve the right to have this product or material tested for quality assurance purposes. If this product or material fails to perform satisfactorily during or after the period of acceptance, the RECO reserves the right to revoke, modify, or suspend the use of such product or material within their jurisdiction. RECO reserves the right to revoke this acceptance, if it is determined by RECO that this product or material fails to meet the requirements of the applicable building code. This product is approved as described herein, and has been designed to comply with the South Florida Building Code, 1994 Edition, as referenced in the 1995 Florida Building Code. APPROVAL DOCUMENT: Drawing No. 059920, titled "Series 1650 Aluminum Horizontal Sliding Window (X9) DSB Anodized Class", sheet 1 through 3, prepared signed and sealed by Professional Engineer, Michael H. Smith, PE No. 5013, dated January 2004, and filed with the Miami Dade County Product Control Division. MISSILE IMPACT RATING: None LABELING: Each unit shall bear a permanent label with the manufacturer's name, city, state and following statement: Miami Dade County Product Control Approved. INSPECTION: No fee is considered due a renewed application has been filed and there has been no change in the applicable building code negatively affecting the performance of this product. TERMINATION: This NOA will occur after the expiration date of this NOA or if changes or changes in the product, its sales, advertising or any other purposes shall automatically terminate this NOA. Failure to comply with any revision of the NOA shall be cause for termination and removal of the NOA. EXPIRATION: This NOA is valid until the expiration date stated above. INSPECTION: A copy of this NOA shall be provided to the user by the manufacturer or its distributors and the owner.
