Case No. 11-C-01011 NO OBJECTION TO MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE Dear Judges Stadtmueller, Wood and Dow: We represent the defendants Wisconsin Government Accountability Board, its members and its director and general counsel, in both of the above-referenced matters. On November 15, 2011, counsel for plaintiffs in the Voces de le Frontera case filed a Motion to Consolidate that case with the pending case of Alvin Baldus, et al. v. Michael Brennan, et al.; both cases being heard by the same three-judge panel. Prior to the filing of the Motion to Consolidate, I had authorized Voces’ attorney Peter Earle that he could advise the Court that the defendants had no objection to the consolidation of these two matters.
