The Rubio Victory Committee has reviewed the contributions received from Cisco Systems Inc. Federal PAC, Cooperative of
American Physicians Federal PAC and Western Growers PAC. Each contribution was made payable to the Rubio Victory
Committee. The Committee believes it has accurately disclosed these contributions and that no further action is
necessary at this time.
