The following are the results of our search of records: 1) Lobbyist Reports of Marco Rubio: Please be advised the lobbyist reports for Marco Rubio are no longer available. These records were purged from the file in 2005 after Mr. Rubio's withdrawal from lobbying in Miami-Dade County on May 31, 2005 and were destroyed November 2007. 2) Lobbyist Reports of Principals: We have found one active lobbyist, Pablo Acosta, representing American Sales and Management Organization from 2002 through 2005. There were no other active lobbyists representing the remaining principals and subsequently, files were purged in 2005 and destroyed November 2007. 3) Complaints filed against Marco Rubio: The Miami-Dade County Commission on Ethics and Public Trust has advised this office there have been no complaints filed against Mr. Rubio. Any complaints filed for state violations should be requested from the Florida Commission on Ethics. 4) Compensation Reports of Marco Rubio: Miami-Dade County does not require compensation disclosure for registered lobbyists.
