Project Number: LG05-0918 (Testng Authority Certificate #016224-07) Dear Sirs: In accordance with your request and authorization, a representative of LG Engineering Services, Inc. completed the Roof Tilt Test on the roof of the above referenced building. The building was referenced in the permit application and is in compliance with the Florida Building Code, 2001 Edition, as amended, and Miami-Dade County Product Control Section TAS No. 166 - Standard procedure for field verification of the bonding of mortar or adhesive set tile system and unanchalled veneered brick, discontinue roof systems. The roof of the tested roof surface area was less than 1000 square feet and the mean height of the building was less than 30 feet. This tilt was reported to have been tested in place. As a result of this testing, one test for every 200 square feet of roof tile in the perimeter area and one test for every 200 square feet of roof tile in the field area was conducted. Initially the entire area of the roof was tested. The roof tile in the field area and the bonded perimeter area and more than 30 feet at the roof tile at the roof perimeter and corner were physically examined. Based on the results of this testing, it is our opinion that the installation of the roof tile at the above referenced project was performed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the requirements of the Miami-Dade County Product Control Section TAS No. 166. 40
