The Board of Rules and Appeals, in its expiration date stated below, "The Miami-Dade County Product Control Division (in Miami-Dade County) and/or the AHJ (in areas other than Miami-Dade County) reserve the right to have this product or material tested for quality and/or performance. The Board of Rules and Appeals, and/or the AHJ, expressly reserves the right to revoke, modify, or suspend the use of such product or material within their jurisdiction. BORA reserves the right to revoke, modify, or suspend this NOA if the product or material is found to be hazardous to the public welfare. The product or material shall be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and shall conform to all applicable codes and standards. This product is approved as described herein, and has been designed to comply with the High Velocity Hurricane Zone of the Florida Building Code. Product: 1200 Series Storm Panel Shutter APPROVAL DOCUMENT: Drawing No. 99-230, titled "0.060" Aluminum Storm Panel", sheets 1 through 4 of 4, prepared by Keesee & Associates, Inc., dated July 15, 1999, last revised on April 27, 2007, and bearing the date by the Miami-Dade County Product Control Division. PRODUCT RATING: 1200 - Large and Small Shutter Impact. The product complies with the following statement: "Miami-Dade County Product Control Approved", unless otherwise noted herein. RENEWAL of this NOA shall be considered for renewal applications if there has been no material change in the product or its application, and if the product has been shown to comply with the current building code. TERMINATION of this NOA will occur after the expiration date or if there has been a revision or change in the material, its application, or the code to which it was approved. The Board of Rules and Appeals expressly reserves the right to revoke any portion of this NOA shall be cause for cancellation and removal of NOA. Failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this NOA shall be cause for cancellation and removal of NOA.
